Like most things in life, truly enjoying memes is all about perspective. After spending enough time with them, your relationship might start to feel vaguely unhappy. You still like them, but things are getting kind of boring. That's when it's time to shake things up and keep the spark alive.

The way in which we can do this is by engaging in a little roleplay and extending our imagination beyond what is presented to us on the screen. We can pretend it's not just another scroll through the same feed you've been addicted to for years, but something fresh and exciting instead. However you approach it, the memes themselves won't change, but your experience can. As long as you find a way to make the moment feel special to you, that's what really counts. Humor is subjective, and by the same token, so is how you enjoy it.
